COPYING AR ACCOUNTS

Is there a way to copy an AR-A file?  We have several entries that are almost exactly the same, but will be assigned a different account code and would like to copy rather than enter each one separately.

No but you could build an Excel spreadsheet of the pertinent information (copying as applicable) and then import.
