I'm not here because
I know what to do.

8/11/06 wont install
10/01/06 at 08:03:44  
8/11/06 update wont run
 
downloaded it extracted it to a local directory
when I run setup Nothing Happens
I can see setup running in the task manager
I can start more than 1 setup
but they dont prgress and further
running winxp fully serviced packed
 
I shutoff my antivirus program
 
any other ideas

This may sound trite but it works when I have the same problem.  Shutdown and reboot the server and workstation.
 
One of two things happens.  it works, or I get an error that tells me what's going on.
