I was referring to entering the Standard Cost for Labor on the item in question in IN-B, same as you would for material. As I said, the best way would be to use a BOM, which could include Labor as an item if you don't use routings.
Note if you do use routings that Standard Cost will be based on Lot Size if you have Setup Time included on the routing.
