When Releasing a SO with a serial controlled Item and the Serial Numbers
have not been entered yet, It is possible to get stuck entering the Serial Numbers.
 
This is what happened:
1. SO has 19 of a Serial controlled Item.
2. Finished Production for the Items had not yet been entered.
3. After Releasing SO, question about doing serial control comes up.
4. Serial control screen is displayed and we procede to enter sequential serial numbers starting at 1189.
5. For each entry, The Box that asks if you want to add the serial number is displayed.
6. In the middle of entering numbers, a typo is made.
7. When the box asking if you want to add this number is displayed, NO is selected.
8. The running total in the upper left corner drops down by one, even though NO was selected.
9. Continuing down, when 1 is reached, it jumped to -1 and continued wanting more serial numbers.
10.  There is NO WAY to back out of this screen except to hit zero in the top right corner.  Since it jumped to -1, we had to alt-ctrl-del Endtask to get out.
