We use small amounts of glue during assembly.
We have the bill of material quantity set to .004 gallons.
 
The pick list looks good. But the Requirements show way too much is being consumed each work order.
 
MR-F rounds the quantity up to a gallon.
We turned rounding off so we may see a buy action of a quart.  
 
Is there a  parameter so that the system stops thinking
we use a gallon each work order?  Do we have to set the Bill of Materials to a milliliter or oz or something?

Turn the rounding off for MRP and then set the Reorder Amount to 1 Gallon (or whatever the minimum buy would be).
