Entering P.O since new update (Read 760 times)

Entering P.O since new update

We installed the new update last night, and now when you go to enter a P.O when you get to the first item and click on the hour glass it kicks you out.  The error says Access violation at address 00000008. Read of address 00000008.

Mine locks up when you hit the spyglass. If you use the F2 it is fine..............

Mine will only work if I know the part number and type it in, if I hit F2 or the spy glass I am kicked out.

I have tried the spyglass, F2, and the LOOKUP tab, and they all kick me out back to the main menu as if I hadn't even started to create a PO.  I have tried different workstations, and they all work (don't work) the same.  This happens only with EVO, not Classic DBA, and only at the item number field.

I am having the same trouble on my SBS 2003 server. The stations seem to be fins but when i try to open the EvoERP Local shortcut I get 'Access violation at address 0040588d in module 'evoerp.exe'. Read of address 0000012.'

Applied the update, then the patch.
Now get the following error:
 
Try to open PO-A - get the following error:
 
Warning Error - File T6POA.src  Line:296
A record was not found in FILELOC for file - ISPODESC.B - 2    .  The must be a record for each file opened.
 
When you hit OK - the PO-A screen opens up.

I think that's a Btrieve error -2, which means you probably need to reindex the specified file. That should make that error go away.
