When I print the AR aging report, there are some old follow up notes that keep appearing although I have deleted them several times.  
When I go back into the customer account (AR-A) and click on 'Follow' then 'Lookup Acct Follow-ups,' there is nothing there but when I exit that screen, the old notes are there on the 'remarks' screen.  
Any suggestions on permanently deleting these notes?
