EVO won't run; 10/31 update

What did I forget?
Installed the 10/31 update last night. Classic works fine, but EVO (both workstations) say "WBTRVMEMO.B could not be openned...memos will not be available";  try a little more and I get an access violation. I got to the LOGIN screen once, but it didn't accept my password.
EVO worked fine before, 'though Pervasive was showing a 2nd user for everyone logged, with WBTRVMEMO.B the only open file.
I'd appreciate any help.

It happen to us too.
What we did is to run the update again.
Make sure that during this second time you ge the little window: Evo ~ ERP Update.
 
Do not click the Force Update box, as per ISTech support instructions.

Kelloggs, thanks, a re-install worked fine just like you said.  (Yes, it's true, I just got around to doing it yesterday; it's been crazy around here).
