Inventory Files IN-A (Read 4296 times)

hbacct Browser I love YaBB 1G - SP1! Posts: 6	Inventory Files IN-A 12/06/06 at 06:54:16 I am having problems with my inventory on some part numbers not all of them. Inventory received through PO's is not posting to inventory files IN-A or IN-E, also adjustments made in IN-C are also not posting to any of the inventory files. This is just happening on some part numbers not all of them. Is anyone having this problem?

i've had some strange reports of something similiar from my other customers, and like yourself, we can't find the culprit.

what version of EVO or DBA are you using?
what version of Pervasive?
do you have a single wharehouse inventory location or multiple locations?
are you recieving into inventory for these items? or QC and then buying off?
is the PO being modified after someone did a partial reciept?
do other transactions for today show up in IN-E?

Posts: 6	Re: Inventory Files IN-A Reply #6 - 12/12/06 at 06:10:55 We are using DBA Version 2002.4 update 11-4-03 Pervasive SQL2000 We use a single warehouse location We are receiving these items into inventory I don't know if the PO was modified Some tranactions show up in IN-E and some don't, I don't see any single thing that is being done differently

Be certain that that file is not still open with pervasive monitor on the server. You can use pervasive to rebuild that file also.
