TOP SALES REPORT (Read 2848 times)

I would like to see the report pick up the BILL to side of the order. I have 2 large customers that bill one location but ship all over the world. Posts: 225 Gender:	Re: TOP SALES REPORT Reply #18 - 03/13/07 at 05:25:52 Lenette, Open up the RTM using the RTM Editor (TAS-M) and look at the tabs at the bottom of the report. It should have 3 tabs: Main, Totals and SubReport1. The older version of the RTM only had 2 tabs. It needs to have 3 in order to for the report to run. The date of the RTM I have is 12/13/06. Mike

It just doesn't recognize the date field for prior period range of dates. Is there any relationship with the fiscal year and this report? I am not on a calendar year for accounting. Donna

Are you using the latest program, the ISTS Enhancement date should be 12/13/06? Mike

I have not done the 2/14 update but my top sales report does not work either. My program is dated 9/16/06. I have two RTM's, jmcrtopn dated 7/26/06 and jmcrtopx dated 8/28/06. I might have tried to fix it in the past.
Both rtm's have only two tabs.
I looked on the patch list and don't see the newer rtm version. Could you send it to me so that I can try it, or will it not work with the older program?
