TOP SALES REPORT

I CAN'T GET THE TOP CUSTOMER REPORT(SA-O) TO PROCESS ANY DATA?  I AM SELECTING A SALEMEN RANGE AND DATE RANGE ONLY.  NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE CHANGED.  
 
THE DEFAULT GRAPHICAL FORM IS JMCRTOPN.RTM
 
IT DISPLAYS FOR AN INSTANT PROCESSING DATA THEN RETURNS TO THE EVO MAIN MENU SCREEN.

Mine Too. After you try 3 or 4 times, look at your active users. You will see your login with all 4 showing you are in that program...

Works here with those filters.  What is the modified date of JMCTRTOPN.RUN?

Did you mean JMCRTOPN.RUN?  The modified date is 9/16/06.  I don't find  JMCTRTOPN.RUN

Yeah, OK so I have fat fingers today.
 
That is the same one as I have and it works fine here.  Let me ask the programmer to take a look.  Are you changing the date ranges from the default YTD that come up?  I did not when I tested.

I am putting in a date range.  The default dates are 00/00/00 thru current date for current year and 00/00/00 thru 00/00/00 for last year to date.  
 
i am using 12/01/05 through 11/30/06 for current and 12/01/04 throught 11/30/05 for last year.

Lynn,
i'm not changing the default dates either, and it won't print for me.
 
the pervasive monitor shows the 9 files open when i bring up SA-O ( 9/15/06) but after selecting the JMCRTOPN.RTM the monitor releases those 9 files after a few seconds.
 
It might be because i have no records in BKPRSALE, but that shouldn't affect the report.

It is an RTM problem.  I will send the updated RTM to those who posted error reports and add it to the patch file on the website.

The second attachment you sent isn't working for me.  I am getting an error message:
 
Error reading ppchild report2 Printer setup. mmMargin Righ Property does not exist.  Ignore error and continue
 
the only option I have is to cancel.

I need your programmers to revisit this problem.  The patch you sent did not fix my problem.  I am unable to see prior year information on sales report SA-O.  Only current year sales information is printing.

The prior year date problem you are having sounds alot like something that was fixed just before Christmas.
 
Are you using the latest program, the ISTS Enhancement date should be 12/13/06?
