Colin, To put it frankly, I don't currently have the time to put into desiging a procedure around a new feature that my own experimentation along with other peoples experience tells me is not completely working. <Rant> We have enough program problems now to work around. I would really like to stop using our obsolete and laughable paper system of handling cusomer returns. In order to do that, the tools have to work correctly, or the people you try and train to use it will shut down when you can't even get it to work right. Lynn has done a very nice job of adding significant value to the classic product. I have been paying for that since, almost, day one. However, I'm concerned that some of the more recent releases were just not quite ready for 'prime time'. This makes me wonder who, exactly, is testing new release features, bug fixes, clairifications, and clean ups?? It would be nice if people could 'register' to receive 'beta' versions of, say no more than 3 or 4 different programs along with a test specification. They could then test operation of just those whenever there is a change. With a few hundred people involved, several people could verify operation with real world datasets. </Rant>
