When trying to run SO-O-A by CUSTOMER NUMBER (using Grand Totals Only or Line Item Detail) some customers are combined with others in the subtotals on the report.  
 
Also when trying to run SO-O-A by ITEM NUMBER (Using Grand Totals Only) many blank sections appear on the report in different areas on the pages, causing a report to be many pages longer than needed.  (Using Line Item Detail works correctly.)
 
SO-O-A by Sales Order works correctly.
