When using IN-A, we cannot access the 'shipments' field on some part numbers.

And the Shipments button is sometimes missing?  Or the button is there but when you click it the data is not there?  Can you see the information on the SA-J report?

The shipment window will not open.  The button is still there but when you try to open it the screen doesn't change.  It does not happen with all part numbers.  I have encountered two today.  
 
The data appears to be present in SA-J.
