When I run CS-D Transfer Sales Commissions, the amounts shown as Due and To Transfer are always much higher than the true commissions earned for the month I'm working with.  When I mentioned this in the Evo training in October, Lynn said it was because the CS-Q Commission Yearend Routine probably hadn't been run in ages.
 
When I run CS-Q, I'm warned that this is normally run at the beginning of the calendar year, and do I want to continue.  When I click "Yes", for a fraction of a second "Updating Commissions        100% Done" appears on the screen, then I'm thrown back to the Evo-ERP logo screen.  When I go to CS-D, the amounts due and to transfer haven't changed at all.
 
I assume because of the lightning fast run time of CS-Q, there's something wrong -- it thinks it's done the work, but actually nothing has been accomplished.
