FILE GLPERIOD.CSV IS EMPTY

I am setting up a new company we are forming.  Copied our main company and its accounts.  Have set beginning balances and now am entering transactions.  When I go to post GL-O, I get this msg:  "File GLPERIOD.CSV is empty-exit this program and create new file using AGL008".
 
Does anyone know what this means?

You have the add-on for the non-calendar fiscal periods and you need to define the fiscal periods for the new company.  Copy the GLPERIOD.CSV from DBAMFG or anpther company folder if the dates will be the same.
