We have had a couple or recent data problems in DBA Classic.  Our servers, network, and user PCs have not been changed other than and recent XP updates.
 
A BOM was being edited, and the user saved it to go to lunch.  When they came back and opened the BOM to finish work on it, it had disappeared from DBA and did not exist.  They had to re-enter it like it was new.  Anyone have a clue what might cause this?
 
We have a PO with one part on it that is on order and has not been received.  On a PO inquiry the PO has no part on it, but in PO edit the part is there.  I have not checked this out yet, but has anyone seen this issue before?
