problems with WO(backflushing)

What would cause a shipment to backflush material? This only happened to one part.(that we have found)

A shipment (invoice posting in SO-G) would never backflush material unless you had the add-on program for automatically processing work orders at invoice posting (which you do not).
 
What exactly are you referring to?
