Check it once, the topic appears under "Notifications". Check it again on a subsequent post, and the topic is removed from "Notifications". That doesn't solve the "why we don't get emails", but it may help you down the path.

Whoops... Should work now! I hope anyway... it's still greylisting things that were listed before I restarted... We might need to give it a minute...

Well, Dale is getting emails about notifications now. I'm not but it hates me. Let's see if it notifies you when I send this.

It's not even trying to send notifications to you or I.

Maybe I'll be moving up the plan to upgrade the forum software. Would everybody be cool with a little downtime later tonight? I'm getting sick of fighting with this forum software.

Okay, I take it back -- sort of. All of my OLD selections for notify are there, but this thread is NOT. I also can NOT remove those existing ones by using the check boxes... So, that's messed up too aparently.

Sooooo, I'm game for down time if it fixes things, sure.

I hadn't set this topic to notify me so thats why I wasn't getting any notifies. I just did now though so it does seem to be working. But, it is a bit wonky sometimes and it does seem to not work unsetting notify on the notifications screen.

I still sort of want to get rid of this version to hopefully fix the problems and get some more features.

I went to the Forum last Sunday evening & it was different - all of the different headers were there but all subjects were empty. There were no discussions/threads (not sure what you call them) at all. Instead of the IS Tech logo was the YaBB 2 Gold logo at the top left corner. I had just upgraded our EVO system to the 2/14 build so I thought it had something to do with that........ but I guess not.

There was an attempt to upgrade the forum to a new version but things weren't working right and the forum was reverted back to it's regular version. However, I think that another try may be made tonight and this time it should be more successful.
