no GUI screens on some workstations (Read 736 times)

LeAnn Cucchiara Member Posts: 92 Gender:	no GUI screens on some workstations 02/22/07 at 05:21:42 On a couple of work stations the new IN-A, AR-A, AP-A GUI screens are not available & those same work stations seem to be having more errors pop up since the 2/14 update. The computers are running Windows XP. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Could it be something in the permissions/security level?

The new GUI programs have names beginning with T7. See www.istechsupport.com/menu_changes.asp for the specific program names.

The new GUI programs are not showing up to select from. Do I have to do anything special to make them show up?

Regarding the quote below, I did NOT 'CLICK HERE' because I have individual menus set up for a couple of people. Should I go back & click this to download the new menu items? The 2 machines that do have access to the new menu items do not have an individual menu set up.

"Evo-ERP users may want to add the following new programs to the menu that have been added by IS Tech Support since Evolution was originally released. If you have not already set up individual user menus and just want to download a new menu with all the new programs, Click Here."
