Karen,  
I suspect that you are using T7WOA and are entering multiple notes within that program.  Then when printing the traveler in WOC, only the first set of notes entered is printing.  If that is the case, it is now fixed.  As for the JC-A report, the program prints text reports only.  I need to convert it to a graphical report (rtm) to allow the EVO notes to print.  Lynn will make the fixes available as soon as they are ready (this week).

I HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE THE LAST UPDATE AND ASKED LYNN IF THIS WAS FIXED IN THIS UPDATE AND SHE SAID YES.
 
I DID THE UPDATE ON THURSDAY 2/22/07.

When we first introduced the new notes system to WOC, it was prompting to select the notes for every traveler.  Some users found it tedious so we changed it (in the 2/24 post) to automatically select the first WO note that was added using T7WOC and suppressing the note selection Prompt.  Unfortunately, for users who had entered multiple notes for the same WO no longer had access to the additional added notes.  WOC had been changed (yesterday) so that it will prompt you to select the WO notes only if there are more than one set of notes for that WO.  This fix will be available shortly.
