TAS-H should be listed as deprecated, since it has been phased out. Lynn even removed it from the Help file. Unless it is coming back again? As for menus, since the "Admin" menu is set by the system, it does not appear in the TAS-G list. However, you can copy it into your default admin level menu. For instance, each time I upgrade Evo I go into TAS-G and delete my own menu profile, then I recreate it by copying the Admin profile. Just enter Admin in the copy from block. It will warn you that "Admin" is a dynamic menu and that your copy will not be dynamic, but it will make an exact copy of the new Admin menu. Quick and easy. As for the other roles, since I like to control the users' programs fairly carefully, I don't find updating them on an as-needed basis too tedious. If I want to replace everyone's IN-A program I can use the "Change Prg Name" button in TAS-G to update all of them at once. Although role-based menus are a nice idea for the IT department, they are seldom flexible enough for the realities of the small company where a number of users have multiple roles. On the other hand, allowing users to customize their own menus gives me a headache just to think about. Most of my forty+ users have their own menu, which I set up and maintain for them based on their needs. The dozen or so who fall into a general Production role have no menu profile, which means that the Default menu comes up for all of them. That's the extent of my use of roles.
