After power interruption, we are getting access violations after hitting the enter key with a lookup item in the line entry screen. The exact sequence: type partial item number in line entry screen, press F2, highlight correct item, hit enter and then access violation. We have had instances where the S/O-A stops functioning with the error message on screen or the programs exits abruptly. We must reboot the file server to remove the lock to finish entry of that line item. There has been lots of water over the dam since the last complete backup the day before. What is my best course of action to restore functionallity to this feature of the program? The program works normally if lookups are not used for item numbers.
