IN-A ioncorrectly shows 0 on hand units (Read 985 times)

IT Department Member Posts: 63 Gender:	IN-A ioncorrectly shows 0 on hand units 03/05/07 at 07:55:35 We are using DBA classic with ISTECH update 10/31/06. IN-A shows 0 on hand even though IN-E shows that we should have 1136 units on hand. Can somebody explain why that is. I have a backup copy of the database and that shows 1104 units. Is there some way to fix it. Thanks Shanthi

There was a problem affecting only a few users, so very hard to debug. Check your BKICLOC for the affected part and see if it is OK.

We do use SO-N to create work orders. But this has been happening only after we updated. SM-J_C seems to fix the problem but I would like to try and avoid creating the problem. So if some one can tell me how I would greatly appreciate that. Otherwise we are having to run SM_J_C almost everyday.

About BKICLOC. We had another part that had the same problem. And the location record for that was missing all together. Can anybody tell me how that might happen.
