When my children throw temper tantrums, when they pout or yell, they seldom get what they expect. I hope you aren't expecting your posts to get some sort of special handling just because they are in caps. How would that be fair to civil folk? I suppose that, if you pay for Gold Support, you could call IS Tech and scream yourself blue. I'm not sure that it would help, but at least then the folks dealing with the antics would be those receiving remuneration.
Colin, I wasn't aware that having to read capital letters qualified as "dealing" with something. Perhaps you should get your tolerance levels in check. Sometimes yelling is required to be heard above the rest of the noise. It's hardly uncivil. What I try to instill in my child is not to be condescending or self-righteous. I realize that the developers and support staff are busy with many other issues all at once but some sort of assurance that these issues are being addressed needs to be posted to these threads in a timely fashion. I read Allen's post prior to this writing and I appreciate his efforts, but the post was made nearly a month after the original post. If this were an open-source project I would be more apt to hold my tongue but since it isn't I have every right as a consumer to make my frustrations known. I'm certainly not looking for special treatment, just my money's worth.
