Any way to lock quantity on W/O When Move

W/O moving Work Station to station People Input quantity get Mess. Any how can I lock W/O qty,  so nobody cannot put wrong quantity. W/o released Qty 10 but when W/o Closed Qty become 50 or -20 because DBA let people to put any amount of Quantity.(Typo error)  
How can I protect my W/O qty Start to Finished stay the Same.

With IS Tech updates, there is a setting to prevent entry of quantity complete per sequence greater than work order quantity.  Maybe it is finally time to sign up, Michael....
