Only JC-G or all text reports?  JC-G looks fine here but if you have specified a proportional font in UT-F (Classic only) then none of the text based reports will line up right.

I"m on 2/14/07 2004.1 version and thought I was up to date on classic updates.  The columns are fine, the column headers are the problem.  It starts to get out of alignment at #Jobs column.  here is what I mean.
 
Here is what it does:
            Qty          Std        Actual          Std       Actual         Std      Actual   % Perf
  Completed  Setup Hrs  Setup Hrs    Run Hrs    Run Hrs  Total Hrs  Total Hrs  vs Std
               16.00
 
Here is what it should do:
 
Qty             Std           Actual         Std          Actual     Std          Actual         % Perf
Completed  Setup Hrs  Setup Hrs    Run Hrs    Run Hrs  Total Hrs  Total Hrs     vs Std
