David, It sounds like you have set a printer on the RTM form. If that's the case, that will always be the default printer until you remove it from the RTM. Maggie, I have had the same priblem. The issue is the radio button you are on when you enter printer setup. i.e. the first one is preview. If that is selected and you enter setup, then close the setup window and change from preview to print, you get exactly what you describe. However, if you choose the print radio button first!, then go into settings for the printer, everything should work fine! Another option, if you have smart printing devices, is to set a different value for each tray. i.e. custom r8.5x11 for tray one, b8.5x11 for tray 2 ... and tell the print queue to auto select trays. next in the RTM editor, use a custom paper size for the tray you want as a source. When the RTM is run, it will send the custom size to the rpint queue and it will use the correct tray automatically. Not the best method but it works with HP Laserjets and Xerox Docucenters on Windows print queues. Hope it helps, Tim
