What is the difference between UT-E and TAS-C?
 
I am the sys admin so I copy ADMIN to my user name on updates to see what's new.  I noticed The both appear to do the same thing. However, in the old days, UT-E used to be sued to set date format, decimal format and things like that.
 
Is this a bug and Admin loads the wrong module or has this been moved to some place else like SD-Q, SM-K or someplace in TAS-C?
