We find a need to establish a policy regarding the updates to the Reorder Level, Reorder Amount and Standard Pack.  We find that we do not trust that this information on any particular part is current.  So we have no confidence in the automatic ordering of the system.
 
Can anyone recommend a strategy that allows several persons (approved of course) to input data into certain fields in IN-B and then somehow note the date of the change and what the change was and who did it?
 
I realize this might be a pipe dream to note all changes, so if I could just have some method to note the most recent update to the reorder level, reorder amount or standard pack (last date either was updated) that would be sufficient.  The only thing I can think to do is to use the user defined area, but I thought there might be some innovative way some of you may have come up with to handle something like this.
