We just upgraded to the lastest version of EVO-ERP and are closing the month of March/07. I did the usual thing in Convert to Base currency entered 3 for the month of March and 03/31/07 for the date. The J/E entry produced for the F/E adjustment was totally wrong. Example AR Balance in US dollars 219886.10 Exchange rate 1.160 . J/E produced an amount of 22,566.07 for the exchange when it should have been 35,18178. All other calculations for AP and PORNI
and Deposits were also way off what they should be. we had to manually correct this.

Has anyone else experienced problems with this automatic calculation of exchange? IF so how do you fix it. ?

Hi I had this problem in February (we updgraded in Feb). I converted using 2 for month and 28/02/07 for month (as usual). When the conversion didn't add up I thought that perhaps the month protocol may have changed as it seems to have when printing financial reports. (prior to upgrade we entered 2 for February financials but post upgrade we enter 11) Therefore I have tried March's converstion to base currency and used 12 as the month and 31/03/07 for the date - alas this didn't work either and I will be making a manual adjustment to fix Sad
