We have a few PO's that were generated in early March that we are having trouble finalizing the PO-C process on.  For these few PO's after the items are received and the system tries to close out of this window, the system hangs and I have to use Task Manager to get out.  When looking into maintain database in the BKAPHPOL (PO line items), one line is duplicated many thousand times (the number generated depends on how long I let the system remain in the hang state).  I can delete these duplicates (and optionally the line from the PO that gave the problem) and try to receive again--with the same results (If I had deleted the offending line from before, another line from the PO is then duplicated).
 
I have noticed that no BKAPHPO (PO Headers) records are showing for these particular PO’s.  (Previously when I look into the Received PO’s tab in IN-A these PO’s show up in that window but where the vendor is listed the only thing showing in that column is “ – LOST – “.)  
 
Any suggestions as to what I can do to cure this problem? (The 5 PO's that are affected each contain 100+ items that are allocated to WO's.)
