GL-O Print/Post GL Batches Problem (Read 611 times)

Brian Snyder Full Member Posts: 124	GL-O Print/Post GL Batches Problem 04/04/07 at 14:42:02 I went to post GL batches and got the error message: "The GL period dates must be set up in AM-N prior to running this program" This has never happened before and when I checked out AM-N, I couldn't choose it because it was grayed out. Help.

If you did, you will need to run this program. If not, I have no Idea. You say the boxs are greyed out? I have not seen this on any screen. Maybe a server reboot? John

We are running the 2/14/07 update. I looked at the ISTECH Support site and that is the newest update they show posted. What's this 3/07 update? I must be missing something.

The AM-N was a new program introduced with the 2/14 update and if it is grayed out, you need to go to PS-B and add the access for the security level
