We have had a windows update (Windows XP Professional  -  Service Pack 2).
Had to reinstall some items on some of the computers.  I am finding that when I install EVO, we change the set path to C:\ISTS.  However, we are finding that as each person logs on, that set path needs reset.  It seems that it should hold the same for network users.
