2 issues--the Fast Select column is not wide enough and is not user resizeable.  Whenever I enter the field, the drop-down arrow prevents the entire width of the field from showing in the drop-down box.  On Ctrl+Alt+? items, you cannot see what key you are selecting.
 
The second issue is whatever character you select first in the drop-down box is what is chosen when you click save.  Updates/changes to the field are not saved during the current editing session.  For example, if you first select Ctrl+Alt+P but meant to select Ctrl+Alt+N, changing the selection in the drop-down box is not saved/updated.  It appears that *changes* to the drop-down box are not updating the field--only the original/first selection is updating the drop-down box's bound field.  If you selected the wrong character, you have to save and then go back into the user/module/menu and re-update the selection and get it right on the first click.  Since the column is not wide enough to see all of the characters, it is extremely difficult to successfully select the desired Fast Select if you want a Ctrl+Alt+ combination.
