UPS data, NOT related to DBA
04/13/07 at 10:02:37

I'm trying to figure out how to get access to the UPS shipment data. The first thing I tried was using the default Shipment Export Map. It said it went through fine. I tried creating a Crystal Report using the mdb file it created, but there is no apparent data in it - if I "Browse" the fields they are all empty.

Then I tried several different UPS ODBC connections that are available. Same thing.

If it helps, what I'm trying to find out is how much money we've spent on insurance during a given period of time.

If you haven't figured it out, you might ask your account rep for a report.
