One thing that was brought to my attention the other day was the absence of our sales order notes and most importantly our customer cross reference from some of the shop travelers. Work order notes attach fine along with inventory specs, but the sales order information seems to be sporadicly attaching. Since we've updated to the latest software version of EVO, are their some system defaults that were added that may be affecting this? I've tried multiple .rtms for this report and they all give the same information. -Mike
