Business Status (Read 610 times)

kevind Active Member I was more than willing to "pony up", how b'out U? Posts: 634 Gender:	Business Status 04/27/07 at 11:40:01 I just looked at business status. It refreshed for some time, then it displayed a screen with dates of 10/01/07 through 10/30/07. I have not used this program for quite some time, there have been updates and patches applied since the last time. Is there a way to clear it out so that it can kind of start over as if it were the first run?

Ths will completely clear the file and rebuild the "current " month which is the last month that has activity. If you have erroneous future data (even if it has been reversed) then that is the month that will be rebuilt.

BTW: I would sure like a warning dialog box for any User entered date fields if the date entered is in the future.

I have deleted erroneous future transactions that have been reversed (net transaction=0) before, then deleted the monthly totals for the future month in the Business status DB (ISBSF.Bxx) and that worked to get them out of the business status.
If you just refreshed the business status you should be able to see the current month by clicking on the "Previous" button at the bottom of the screen.
