sooj user defined detail report

HELLO
I TRY TO RUN SOOJ FOR USER DEFINED DETAIL REPORT, BUT I HAVE ERROR " THERE ARE NO SALES FOR THE CHOSEN CRITERIA."  
Some one who know How to fix my problem to RUN SOOJ......Please

This message usually appears when there would be nothing to print within the selected report filters.  Try verifying your report filter ranges.

I found out our BKSYMSTR AND BKYSMSTR TWO FILE WAS CORRUPTED, BEFORE I WAS CHANGING FILTER DOES NOT WORKING EITHER. WHEN I WAS REPLACE TWO FILE AND THEN WORKING.
