DFM subfolder oddness
05/10/07 at 06:09:56

I'm still scratching my head on this one.

Background: we have a combination of Terminal Service and local user. Even the local users work from home or on the road at times. Our ISTS folders are placed on the user share which is mapped to Z: A local C:\ISTS\ folder exists on all user machines, but access is restricted so that Evo will do everything on the Z:\ISTS\ folder.

So, using the T7 programs, one of our users was getting errors while working in various companies. HerT7APA.RWN work fine in the default company, but when she changes to other companies she gets an error that says the program cannot find C:\ISTS\DFM\T7EvoAPA.DFM  Huh?

So, I decided to test this a little more. Turns out, if I log on Terminal Services and try to use any of the T7 programs in any other company but my default, no dice. For instance, I just logged in as Admin from my TS account and tried IN-A from the B90 company. No problem. I switched to my B73 company and I get "Unable to load form: C\ISTS\DFM\T7EvoINA.DFM"

I'm still on 2/14/07 with all patches. Has this been fixed in 5/1/07 or is this just me or, or, or... I'm baffled.
