Hello.   We have a glitch on a transaction.   We need to delete a gl record as it is not visible in AR-aging.  GL-P will not allow it.   Indicates it is out of balance.  Is there anyway to override this?  
 
Where else would it show up that may have an effect on my problem?
 
I do see that on hand quantities and serial numbers are affected with this so#.   In the so# only partial items were released, but printed and posted a complete invoice. GL-O is correct.  
Any ideas?
