New WO-A Lookup
05/14/07 at 11:02:16

I am having problems wit the new WO-A lookup screen.  If I change the sort by to part number and then apply a filter to not show C status, the search field does not work.  I have tried applying the filter first and then changing the sort by- that doesn't work either.  Am I doing this correctly?  Any chance we could have the view closed or not question back?
Also when I try to add more than one line to the filter, and save, it only saves the first line.

Cathy,

I did add the open/closed button back in 10/31/07 update.  at the top of the grid the button that looks like a open door, is the button to show open or open and closed.  I just tried it here, pressed the button then I switched my index to parent part and it works fine for me...

I did not know the door was there-- I tried it and still can't get it to work.
When I open the lookup grid in WO-A the list is sorted by Work Order Prefix.  If I change the sort to Parent Item Number, and then click on the door, I get no closed work orders, but when I type a part into the search field, nothing happens.
If I enter a search string before I click on the door, I get a whole list of the part number I am looking for, and there are R,F and C status WO's listed.  If I then click on the door, it goes back to a list with no Closed WO's and the first field listed is the Part number, but the list is sorted by the work order. The search field does not work.
If I click on the door first, then change the sort  by field, it goes back to a complete list of all status types.
