We have recently implemented a team concept with our welders.  This is in response to going to Lean Manufacturing.  The "team" all work towards a goal of total units not individual assemblies or parts.  This is really causing some issues with Data Collection.  In order to help each other they have to scan out and in and out and in.  Does anyone else deal with this type of thing?  What solutions have you developed?
 
Any suggestions would be helpful.
