Currently when our sales girls enter and order with options for a customer the option does not pick up that customers discount. The girls have to manually put the discount in when entering the order. Should it not be able to calculate the the discount for an option the same way it does any other part? Do I have something set wrong? Help!! undecided

When you are setting up the BOM, as you enter the features as components of the type O part, click Option Settings and Ssay Y to Use Std Customer Pricing.  Or set it in FO-C.
