AP-A Prompting for Password
06/04/07 at 12:32:52

When in AP-A it prompts for a password to view 'history'.  There are several other places (CM for one) that it also prompts for a password.

I have checked the settings under Sys Manager PS-D to make sure all modules are available for the login I am using.

Why do I get this prompt?  How to do I get past it?  I've tried every known password I can think of.

This happens when reps are assigned to customers. When I get the prompt, I just hit enter with no password and it goes right in.

That was the first way I tried it.  It won't let me in by leaving it blank either.  Hmmm.

Contact Manager has its own set of passwords set up in SM-I-I.  That is what this is looking for.  If you don't want to use the passwords, set up a blank rep with blank password.
