A/R - can't pay listed aging item (Read 573 times)

A/R - can't pay listed aging item

when attempting to enter a customer payment in AR-C, an amount that lists on the aging does not show up to be chosen for payment . any ideas?  wer're using dba 2004.1 2/14/07

What is the date of the item as opposed to the date you are entering for the payment?  AR-C will filter out invoices dated later than the payment date you enter.  
 
Does the AR-C Open Invoice amount match the Aging total open invoices?

the payment is later than the invoice date, so that's ok.
 
the ar-c says that nothing is open, though aging has a balance.
