Could anyone tell me if I can get a print out of the Vac hours that are due per employee without going to check each individual employee record? or if I could print out vac per employee to hand out to them as to how many hours they have left?

I don't know about a DBA report (there may be one, tho), but you could certainly export the data with DE-A or write a Crystal Report, but the simplest thing would be for them to look at their pay stub (at least I don't think I modified ours to include current sick/vac hours remaining).
