When adding an item on a PO (PO-A) if the location does not exist, DBA ask you:  
 
"An inventory location record was not found for the location specified on this order. Do you want to crea one with this order?
 
Is there a way to disable it?. We want the user to change the PO Location ratter than to create a location for the item.

is it refering to Bin location or wharehouse location ?
