Turn off Business Status

This may be a simple yes or no answer, BUT is there any way to turn off Business Status so GLX is not accumulating all these record.  We do not use the numbers.

GLX has always accumulated the data.  It has nothing to do with whether Business status is used.   We just chose to use data that was already being collected when we developed the business status.

I asked this elsewhere but I'll try here too... what is the data collecting in GLX?

The GLX file was introduced by DBA back in 2001 or 2002 when the added the option to turn off accounting.  All the detail that posts to accounting now also posts to the GL-X file and is used for the AI-C and AI-D reports which were designed for making journal entries from DBA into another accounting system.  We use them for some of the business status entries because certain types of transaction detail posting to the GL can be turned off in AD-A.
