A PO is generated
All items arrive and are received
PO is closed
If we reopen that PO and add lines
When the item arrives we receive said new line items with that date as the rec’d date
 
Here is the problem:
When we receive that new item added, it re-receives ALL lines; hence throwing off the RNI report.
 
Lynn has been able to repeat this and sent it to the programmers.  
 

it is in programming, not yet fixed.  I will post a patch as soon as it is.
